What are some tips for using MARTA to/from ATL airport?TO ATL: We find that it works best to book a shuttle that arrives in Doraville approximately 2 1/2 to 3 hours prior to the departure time of your flight. This allows 2+ hours to get through the TSA security lines. FROM ATL: It is best to remain in the airport until 1 hour and 15 minutes prior to your scheduled Georgia Shuttle departure time from Doraville. For example, if you are booked on the 3:30pm GS shuttle from Doraville, board the MARTA approximately at 2:15pm at the airport MARTA station. This is because the airport offers more amenities (restaurants, bathrooms, etc) than the Doraville MARTA station. NOTE: MARTA trains run approximately every 10-15 minutes.
